How refunds work
Test orders charge nothing and add no credits, so there is no test payment to refund. Once live purchases are enabled, refunds are considered case-by-case under applicable law and FastSpring's Terms of Sale. FastSpring handles payment disputes and chargebacks.
How to request
For a live purchase, email denis@chiqo.fit with your account email and order details. FastSpring also offers buyer support for payment questions.
Unused credits
Unused wallet credits are not an automatic cash-out. Prepaid credits are not a subscription.
