Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using chiqo.fit you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account

You sign in with Firebase (Google sign-in or email and password). You are responsible for your credentials and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information for features that rely on it.

The service

chiqo.fit lets you catalog wardrobe items, compose outfits, run AI virtual try-on on your Avatar, optionally share outfit posts with other users, and purchase prepaid wallet credits for paid AI operations.

Social features and minimum age

Social features — including claiming a public handle, publishing to Discover, commenting, following, and liking — require that you attest you are at least 16 years old under attestation version 2026-08-21.

If you decline or are ineligible, you may still use private wardrobe and try-on features unless we suspend your account for other reasons.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for anything illegal or harmful.
• Do not upload photos of other people without the rights and permissions required to use them, especially for face or body try-on.
• Do not harass, impersonate, spam, or infringe intellectual property.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape the service, or abuse AI features.
• Follow our Community Guidelines for user-generated content.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant chiqo.fit a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate the service — including showing your published posts to other users and generating thumbnails or previews as needed.

You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have all rights needed to upload and publish it.

Public imagery and try-on

Photoreal body try-on renders created for your Avatar are private to your account. Other users do not see your body try-on renders in Discover, Following, or on your public profile.

When you publish a post, you choose what outfit or item imagery appears publicly. Do not publish content you do not want others to see.

AI-generated imagery

Try-on and outfit images are machine-generated. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading and are not a fit, sizing, or purchase guarantee. You are responsible for what you upload to AI features.

Purchases

Checkout is currently in test mode: test orders charge nothing and do not add credits. When live payments are enabled, prepaid wallet credits will be sold through FastSpring as Merchant of Record. Prices are shown in USD and tax is calculated at checkout. FastSpring Terms of Sale apply to live purchases.

Credits

Credits are consumed by AI operations such as analyze and generate. Unused balance is not cash and cannot be cashed out except where required by law or described on our Refunds page.

Moderation and notice-and-action

We provide in-app reporting for posts, comments, and profiles. Reports are reviewed by operators. Where we obtain actual knowledge of illegal content or activity, we act in a timely manner and without undue delay, which may include removing content, restricting visibility, or suspending accounts.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines even if it is not illegal. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any user content.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, risk to others, or prolonged inactivity where permitted by law. The service is provided as available.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, chiqo.fit is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where required, additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
